Characteristics
- Developed after 18 months of research, Hansik Guk Ganjang is made from 100%
soybeans. Soybeans are fermented the traditional way and aged under the sun
for an extensive period of time. Without the strong, unique odor of fermented
soybeans, Hansik Guk Ganjang can be used for a wide range of dishes that extends
far beyond soup. Hansik Guk Ganjang has been deliberately developed to have
a light color so that it can also be used in mixed dishes. Hansik Guk Ganjang
was developed to satisfy the taste buds of Koreans while improving the appearance
of Korean style Ganjang. Most Korean style Ganjangs were difficult to use
in large amounts due to the dark color and as a result, artificial flavorings
were used to make up for the Ganjang. Thanks to Haechandle's Hansik Guk Ganjang,
artificial flavorings are a thing of the past in kitchens. No preservatives,
no artificial coloring, no MSG.
